How do I place an order?

Is there a minimum order quantity for printing or embroidery?

Accepted Answer

There's no minimum for printing — we print even a single piece. For embroidery we recommend at least 5 pieces, because digitising the design has a fixed cost that makes up a large share of the total price for small quantities.

Question 3

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

You can change or cancel your order until production starts — at the latest within 24 hours of confirmation. Once production has begun, changes are generally not possible. Contact us as soon as possible at info@nicecut.cz, by phone at +420 605 884 110 or via WhatsApp.

Question 4

How can I track my order status?

Accepted Answer

Once logged into your customer account, the "My orders" section shows a complete timeline for every order, including the tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the carrier. We also notify you by email whenever the status changes.

Question 5

Do you offer express production?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to available capacity. Express production (2–3 business days) carries a 30% surcharge. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the slot — capacity is limited.

Question 6

Where can I see my order history?

Once logged into your customer account (the person icon in the navigation) you'll find an overview of all your orders, including invoices available for download.

Question 7

How can I write a product review?

7 days after your order is delivered we'll send you an email asking how you rate your purchase. Click the link, sign in (if you're not already), and rate each product 1–5 stars with a short text (at least 10 characters). The review will go through quick admin moderation (usually within 24 hours) and then appears on the product page.

Can I edit or delete my review?

For transparency, reviews cannot be edited or deleted directly from your account. If you want to edit or delete your review, please contact us at info@nicecut.cz with your order number and request — we'll take care of it.

Question 9

I received a cart reminder email — what is this?

Accepted Answer

If you filled your cart but didn't complete the order, we send a one-off reminder 12–72 hours later with a link back to your cart. We send this only to logged-in customers with marketing consent (guests don't receive this email). You can opt out anytime in /ucet/nastaveni.

Question 10

What printing techniques do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer DTG (direct-to-garment digital printing), screen printing for larger runs, sublimation printing, flex/flock heat transfer and embroidery. The choice of technique depends on the material, quantity and desired result — we'll advise you on the best option.

Question 11

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

Accepted Answer

In the configurator you can upload artwork as PNG or JPG up to 25 MB. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) cannot be uploaded in the configurator — please email them to us at info@nicecut.cz after placing your order and our designers will prepare them for print. If you don't have artwork or need modifications, we can help — graphic work is charged according to the scope.

How does artwork approval work before production?

Accepted Answer

After receiving your order we'll send you a digital preview (mockup) for approval. Production only begins once you've confirmed in writing. Please note that colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual print.

Can I order a sample piece before a larger run?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we recommend it for orders over 50 pieces. A sample is ordered at the standard price. Once you've approved it, we proceed with the full production run.

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Standard production takes 3–10 business days from artwork approval. Embroidery (especially new designs that need digitising) can take 2–3 days longer. Express production is available at a surcharge.

Question 15

How should I care for printed or embroidered garments?

Accepted Answer

DTG print: wash inside out at max. 30 °C, do not tumble dry, do not iron directly on the print. Screen prints and embroidery are more durable — wash inside out at 40 °C. As a general rule: lower temperature = longer print life.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer 9 shipping options: DPD courier (99 CZK), DPD pickup points and lockers (79 CZK), PPL courier (109 CZK), PPL pickup points and lockers (79 CZK), GLS courier (99 CZK), GLS pickup points and lockers (69 CZK), DHL courier (129 CZK), DHL Parcelshop (89 CZK), and personal pickup in Rokycany (free). For pickup options you'll choose a specific location during checkout.

How long does delivery take after dispatch?

We only deliver within the Czech Republic, where parcels typically arrive within 3–10 business days of dispatch. You can track your parcel online using the tracking number sent to you by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Online card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and instant bank payments are processed through the secure Comgate payment gateway — payments are encrypted and we never have access to your card details. Alternatively, you can choose a direct bank transfer to our account: the account number, variable symbol and amount are sent to you in the payment instructions email. Production starts once your payment is credited.

I didn't finish my payment — how can I pay for my order later?

Accepted Answer

No problem — your order stays registered and waits for payment. The confirmation email contains a “Pay online” button that takes you to the Comgate payment gateway at any time. The link never expires — the payment is only created the moment you click it, so you can use it even days later. If you chose bank transfer, simply pay according to the instructions in the email (account number + variable symbol). And if you're unsure, email us at info@nicecut.cz — we'll gladly send you the payment link again.

Do you ship to Slovakia and other countries?

We only deliver within the Czech Republic. Shipments to Slovakia or abroad can only be arranged individually by emailing info@nicecut.cz.

Question 21

What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive or is damaged?

If your parcel hasn't arrived by the expected date, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. For a damaged parcel, document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Is there free shipping above a certain order value?

Accepted Answer

Yes, shipping is FREE on orders over 2,000 CZK. This applies to all shipping methods. Below this threshold, the price is based on the current rate of the chosen carrier (from 69 CZK).

Can you gift-wrap my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the cart or directly on the product page you can tick the optional gift-wrapping service for each item individually — you choose exactly which items to wrap, not the whole order at once. One package fits up to 2 items — the price applies per package started (see the current price in your cart before checkout), and no discount, coupon, or voucher applies to it. Gift wrapping doesn't extend the delivery time. Planning a larger order you'd like entirely gift-wrapped? We recommend filling out our inquiry form and arranging it with us individually.

Where do your products come from?

Our products come mainly from Malfini — one of the largest European suppliers of promotional textiles. Production takes place in certified factories, and part of the collection carries OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification.

What size ranges are available?

Most products are available in sizes XS–4XL. Exact availability depends on the specific model and colour — you can check current stock on each product's detail page.

Are the products certified?

A large part of the collection carries the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate, which guarantees that the textile contains no harmful substances. You'll find the certification for a specific product on its detail page.

Can I order a product sample without printing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, products can be ordered without printing through the standard shop. If you need samples of several products to choose from before a larger order, contact us — we'll work something out.

Do you offer workwear or catering clothing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our catalogue includes work t-shirts, aprons, caps and other products suitable for catering, hospitality or corporate uniforms. Filter by category in the catalogue or get advice via the B2B form.

Do I have the right to withdraw from the contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Under § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code and EU Directive 2023/2673, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The only exception is personalized goods — printed products (§ 1837 CC).

How do I withdraw from the contract?

Use the online form at /odstoupeni-od-smlouvy (link in the footer, in your customer account, and in the delivery confirmation email). Enter your order number and the e-mail address used at checkout — if you don't have an account, you'll receive a secure 48-hour link to continue.

What if I don't have an account (guest checkout)?

Accepted Answer

Guests enter their order number and e-mail at /odstoupeni-od-smlouvy. The system verifies the match and sends a one-time secure link (a 'magic link') to the e-mail address. The link is valid for 48 hours and can only be used once.

Why can't I return printed goods?

Accepted Answer

Printed goods are personalized for a specific customer and fall under the exception in § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, where withdrawal from the contract is not possible. In practice: a printed t-shirt with your logo has no value for another customer.

What if I have a mixed order (printed + non-printed)?

Accepted Answer

In that case, you can only return non-printed items. The online form shows all items in your order — printed items are greyed out with a lock icon, while non-printed items can be ticked and the quantity to return selected.

When does the 14-day period start?

Accepted Answer

The period starts on the day the goods were received (status DELIVERED in the system). If the order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last part.

How quickly will I get my money back?

Accepted Answer

We will refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, by transfer to the IBAN you provided. We refund the full amount for the goods plus the original shipping cost (cheapest standard method per Directive 2011/83/EU). The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

What happens after I submit the request?

You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with the request number (format OD-2026-XXXXX). Our team will register the request (within 14 days). Once we receive the goods back, we'll send approval and within 14 days another e-mail confirming the refund has been sent. You're informed at every step.

Can I cancel a submitted request?

If you submitted the request by mistake or change your mind, contact us as soon as possible at info@nicecut.cz with the request number. If it has not yet been approved, we will cancel it.

How do I request deletion of my personal data (GDPR Art. 17)?

Email us at info@nicecut.cz from the same address registered on your account, with subject Data deletion request. We will delete your personal data (name, phone, date of birth, addresses, abandoned carts) within 30 days and confirm by email. Note: invoices and orders must be retained for 10 years under § 35 of the Czech VAT Act — personal data on these legally required documents cannot be removed.

How can I get a copy of all my personal data (GDPR Art. 15)?

Email us at info@nicecut.cz with a data export request. Within 30 days you'll receive a JSON file with all your data: profile, addresses, orders, withdrawal requests, reviews, inquiries and support communication.

How do I order a gift card?

Accepted Answer

Email us at info@nicecut.cz or message us via WhatsApp with the desired amount (e.g. 1,000 CZK) and your billing details (name, optionally company + VAT ID). We'll issue a proforma invoice and send it to you by email with payment instructions. Once we receive your payment, we'll send you the activated gift card with a unique code.

When will I receive the gift card after payment?

Once your payment arrives in our account, we mark the gift card as paid within 24 hours (on business days) and automatically send you an email with the activated code, a designed gift card PDF and the final invoice (tax document).

How do I redeem the gift card in the cart?

Accepted Answer

When checking out, paste the gift card code (format NICEGC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) into the “Discount code / gift card” field. The amount will be deducted from your order total. If the order exceeds the gift card balance, you simply pay the rest as usual.

Can I use the gift card multiple times?

Accepted Answer

Yes, gift cards are multi-use. Only the redeemed amount is deducted — the rest stays on your card for future orders. Example: a 2,000 CZK card used for an 1,200 CZK purchase leaves 800 CZK for next time.

How long is the gift card valid?

Standard validity is 1 year from issue date (per § 21a of the Czech VAT Act). Custom validity (longer or unlimited) is available on request. The expiration date is shown on the gift card PDF and in the email.

Can I refund a gift card or exchange it for cash?

Accepted Answer

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once activated and used. If your card has never been redeemed and is still valid, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period (§ 1829 of the Czech Civil Code) applies — contact us at info@nicecut.cz.

What if I lose the gift card code?

Contact us at info@nicecut.cz with your order/invoice number. After verification we'll resend the code to the buyer's or recipient's email address. The code itself (16 hex characters) cannot be discovered by anyone else — sending it by email is safe.

Can I combine a gift card with a discount coupon?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a coupon and a gift card are independent mechanisms. The coupon is applied as a discount to the goods price, then the gift card pays part of the resulting amount. You can use both. Note: two discount coupons cannot be combined with each other.

Can I add a personal message to the gift card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When ordering, provide the recipient's name and a short message (max. 500 characters) — they will appear on the PDF gift card, which you can print and hand over as a present. The PDF is A4 with a branded orange design in NiceCut style.

How does B2B collaboration with NiceCut work?

We offer corporate customers individual pricing, priority order processing and invoice billing. Everything starts with a B2B enquiry through the form at /poptavka-velkoobchod — we get back to you within 24 hours.

From what quantity do B2B discounts apply?

Accepted Answer

Volume discounts typically kick in from 25 units of one product in the same colour. The larger the order, the better the price — we'll prepare a custom quote once we receive your enquiry.

How does VAT work on your invoices?

Accepted Answer

We are not VAT payers, so our invoices do not include VAT — the price shown for each item is final. For the same reason, input VAT cannot be reclaimed. The invoice is sent by email once the order is complete.

Do you offer branded packaging or custom labels?

Yes, for larger runs we offer custom woven labels, hang tags or individual packaging. This service is available for orders of 100 pieces or more — ask via the B2B form.
